聚羧酸酯醚复配减水剂母液的制备及与水泥相容

摘要:通过复配技术将自制的聚酯型(PS-1)和聚醚型(PS-2)减水剂母液进行复配,系统研究了PS-1与PS-2的复配比例对不同类型水泥相容性的影响。利用傅立叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)对PS-1和PS-2的分子结构进行了表征,通过X射线衍射(XRD)和热重(TG-DTG)研究了掺复配减水剂硬化水泥石的微观结构。结果表明,自制减水剂链段中含有羧基、氨基、磺酸基、羟基等基团,当复配比例为m(PS-1)∶m(PS-2)=3∶2时,对不同类型水泥均有较好的相容性,可延缓1 d内水泥水化。

Abstract:The compound water reducing agent was synthesized using home-made polyester type(PS-1) and polyether type(PS-2) as raw material through mutual infiltration technique. The influence of mix ratio of PS-1 and PS-2 on the compatibility of cement with different kinds was systematically researched. The molecular structures of two kinds of superplasticizer liquid were characterized and analyzed by Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR). The microstructure of hardened cement paste mixing water reducing agent were analyzed by x-ray diffraction(XRD) and thermal gravity analysis(TG-DTG). The results show that the composite water reducing agent chain segment containing ester base,amino sulfonic acid, sulfonic acid group,hydroxyl and other functional groups. When the mix ratio of PS-1 to PS-2 is 3∶2,there are good compatibility for all types of cement. Besides,the compound water reducing agent can delay the cement hydration within 1 d.
