本体聚合法制备保坍型聚羧酸减水剂粉末的研究

    摘要:将异戊烯基聚氧乙烯醚减水剂单体TPEG与丙烯酸和丙烯酸酯不饱和单体,在油溶性引发剂的作用下,通过本体聚合的方法制备了保坍型聚羧酸减水剂粉末(BTC)。通过正交试验研究了反应温度、引发剂用量、链转移剂用量及不同加料方式的影响,并通过单因素变量试验研究了丙烯酸与丙烯酸酯摩尔比及其搅拌速度对减水剂性能的影响,确定了最优工艺。试验结果表明,合成的BTC能明显提高砂浆流动度保持性,并且具有较好的水泥适应性。BTC粉末在灌浆料、压浆料中得到成功应用。

Research and application of slump-loss resistance polycarboxylate superplasticizer powder
by bulk polymerization

    Abstract:A new slump-loss resistance polycarboxylate superplasticizer powder(BTC) was prepared taking TPEG-2400 as monomers,acrylic acid,acrylate as raw materials,in the role of oil-soluble initiator by the method of bulk polymerization. Adopting orthogonal test studied the effects of reaction temperature,amount of initiator and amount of chain transfer agent and the effect of different feeding methods,and adopting single factor variable experiment explored effect of different mole ratio of acrylic and acrylate and its stirring speed on product performance,determined the optimal process finally. The BTC powder can obviously improve the mobility of the mortar to maintain capacity significantly,and has a good cement adaptability. BTC  powder has been successfully applied in the grouting material,pressure slurry and other mortar products.
