室温快速固化双组份硅橡胶的制备

    摘要:通过行星混合法制备了室温固化(RTV)双组份脱醇缩合型液体硅橡胶,探讨了粉液比、107胶粘度对硅橡胶性能的影响,并进一步探索了偶联剂及有机锡催化剂对硅橡胶性能的影响。结果表明:A组份中,粉液比对硅橡胶的力学性能与表面硬度影响较大,107胶混合后的粘度对硅橡胶的指触表干时间、力学性能等影响明显;B组份中,硅烷偶联剂对硅橡胶固化与剪切强度影响较大,随催化剂用量增加,硅橡胶的表干速率呈先有所提高后影响不大。

Preparation of the fast room temperature vulcanizing two-component silicone rubber

    Abstract:This experiment prepared the room temperature vulcanizing(RTV) two-component dealcoholization condensationliquid silicone rubber by the planetary mixing method. The effects of powder-liquid ratio and 107 adhesive viscosity on the properties of silicone rubber were discussed. Moreover the impact of coupling agent and organotin catalyst on silicone rubber properties was elaborated. The results showed that the mechanical properties and the surface hardness of silicone rubber were more affected by the ratio of powder to liquid in component A,and the viscosity of 107 adhesive had a significant effect on the contact surface drying time,mechanical properties and other properties of silicone rubber. In component B,the silane coupling agent has a great influence on the curing and shear strength of the silicone rubber. With the increase of the catalyst dosage,the surface dry rate of the silicone rubber increases at first and remains constant at later stage.
