赤泥改性沥青在冻融循环下制备工艺的正交试验

    摘要:为了研究赤泥改性沥青在盐冻环境下的基本性能及制备工艺,将冻融循环次数、融雪剂浓度、赤泥掺量、赤泥颗粒大小及剪切时间作为影响因素,并选取相应的因素水平,采用正交试验对赤泥改性沥青在冻融循环条件下的感温性能、高温性能及低温性能进行研究。结果表明:对赤泥改性沥青材料温度敏感性的影响程度为:剪切时间>冻融循环次数>赤泥颗粒大小>融雪剂浓度>赤泥掺量;对赤泥改性沥青材料低温抗裂性的影响程度为:冻融循环次数>赤泥颗粒大小>剪切时间>赤泥掺量>融雪剂浓度;对赤泥改性沥青材料高温稳定性的影响程度为:冻融循环次数>融雪剂浓度>剪切时间>赤泥掺量>赤泥颗粒大小。

Study on preparation technology of red mud modified asphalt under freeze-thaw cycling by orthogonal test

    Abstract:In order to study the basic properties and preparation process of red mud modified asphalt in salt refrigeration environment,the freezing and thawing cycles,the concentration of snow melt,the amount of red mud,the size of red mud and the shear time were taken as the influencing factors,and the corresponding factor level was selected. The temperature performance,high temperature performance and low temperature performance of the red mud modified asphalt under freezing and thawing cycle were tested by orthogonal test. The results show that the influence of temperature on the temperature sensitivity of the modified asphalt is:shear time>the number of freeze-thaw cycles>the size of the red mud>the concentration of the snow melt>the amount of red mud;The influence degree on low temperature crack resistance of the red mud modified asphalt is as follows:the number of freezing and thawing cycle>the size of red mud>shear time>the amount of red mud>the concentration of snow melt;the influence degree on high temperature stability of red mud modified asphalt material is as follows:the number of freezing and thawing cycles>the concentration of snow melt>shear time> the amount of red mud > the size of red mud.
