工业副产石膏基复合轻质材料的制备及性能试验

    摘要:以工业副产石膏、水泥、粉煤灰、生石灰、矿粉和硅灰为胶凝材料制备复合轻质材料,探讨玻化微珠、聚丙烯纤维及养护方式对复合轻质材料性能的影响,测试分析了材料内部微观形貌及其性能的产生机制。结果表明:玻化微珠、聚丙烯纤维与基体材料之间的连接属于薄弱界面,对整体强度发展产生负面作用,其体积掺量分别为20%和0.09%时,工业副产石膏基复合轻质材料的综合性能较优,其28 d抗压强度为10.37 MPa、吸水率为13.0%、软化系数为0.81、干密度为873 kg/m3。

Preparation and performance test of industrial by-product gypsum based composite lightweight materials

    Abstract:Composite lightweight materials are prepared by using the industrial by-product gypsum mixing cement,fly ash,quick lime,silica fume and other cementitious materials. The effects of glass beads,polypropylene fibers and curing methods on the properties of composite lightweight materials were discussed and the internal micro morphology of materials and generation mechanism of its properties were tested and analyzed. The experimental results show that the connection between vitrified microsphere,polypropylene fiber and the base material is a weak interface,which has a negative effect on the development of the overall strength. The comprehensive performance of the industrial by-product gypsum based composite wall materials with 20% glass beads and 0.09% polypropylene fibers is excellent,the compressive strength of 28 d is 10.37 MPa,the water absorption is 13.0%,the softening coefficient is 0.81,and the dry bulk density is 873 kg/m3.
