负温套筒灌浆料的性能研究

    摘要:负温套筒灌浆料是在普通套筒灌浆料基础上改进研制而成的。通过加快其早期水化反应速度、降低冰点,达到可以在负温环境使用的特殊性能。通过在普通硅酸盐水泥中掺加不同比例的硫铝酸盐水泥、高铝水泥进行试验,并在复掺水泥的基础上掺加促凝剂、缓凝剂、防冻剂,提高水泥在负温环境的水化反应程度,使其早期强度得以快速提高,满足在-5 ℃的使用要求。

    Abstract:The negative temperature cementitious grout for coupler is improved on the basis of the performance of normal cementitious grout for coupler. The principle of the cementitious grout for coupler is to accelerate the reaction rate and reduce the freezing point by accelerating its hydration. Achieve the purpose of the special properties that can be used in the sub zero environment. In this paper,the test is on the basis of ordinary Portland cement adding different proportion of sulphoaluminate cement and high alumina cement. On the basis of the compound cement,adding the coagulant,retarder,anti freezing agent to improve the hydration reaction degree of cement in subzero environment,so as to rapidly improve its early strength and meeting the using requirements of -5 ℃.
