硅藻土改性硬质聚氨酯泡沫性能研究

    摘要:硅藻土是一种性能优异的无机材料,具有多孔结构,将其作为填料掺入到水发泡硬质聚氨酯泡沫中,研究其对硬质聚氨酯泡沫的导热系数、力学性能、孔结构及氧指数等的影响。结果表明,硅藻土可有效改善硬质聚氨酯泡沫的性能,对硬质聚氨酯泡沫的导热系数、压缩强度、孔结构等均有明显改变。

Research on the properties of diatomite modified rigid polyurethane foam

   Abstract:Diatomite is a kind of inorganic material with excellent properties and porous structure. Add it into the water rigid polyurethane foam as filler. This paper studied its effect on the thermal conductivity,the mechanical properties,pore structure and oxygen index of rigid polyurethane foam. Results show that the diatomite can effectively improve the performance of the rigid polyurethane foam,the thermal conductivity,compression strength and pore structure of rigid polyurethane foam have obvious change.
