聚氨酯堵水材料的研制与应用

    摘要：采用异氰酸酯、聚醚多元醇、稀释剂、泡沫稳定剂和催化剂等原材料，开发一种聚氨酯堵水材料，考察—NCO含量、聚醚多元醇配比、催化剂互配对其性能的影响。结果表明，—NCO含量为25.5%，聚醚多元醇DL-400与DD-4110的质量比为2∶1，胺类催化剂与有机金属化合物催化剂质量比为4∶6时，聚氨酯堵水材料的各项性能较好，并应用于山西煤销集团野川煤业公司主斜井的堵水，取得了较好的效果。

Development and application of polyurethane water plugging material

   Abstract：A polyurethane water plugging material was developed by using isocyanate， polyether polyol，diluent，foam stabilizer and catalyst. The effects of —NCO content，polyether polyol ratio and catalyst pairing performance were investigated. The results show that the water plugging material shows excellent on all the performances when the content of —NCO is 25.5%，DL-400 and DD-4110 polyether polyol ratio 2∶1，amine catalyst and organic metal catalyst ratio is 4∶6. It has been applied for water plugging in main shaft of Shanxi Coal Sales Group Yechuan Coal Company，and achieved good results.
