喷涂型渗透结晶防水材料开发研究

    摘要:“渗立康”防水涂层是基于渗透结晶防水材料原理开发的采用喷涂工艺施工的一种新型刚性防水材料,主要由硅酸盐水泥、纳米活性化学物质、石英砂和石灰配制而成。通过室内试验测试了防水涂层在不同工况下的抗渗压力。结果表明,其防水效果主要源于涂层和内含活性化学物质渗透结晶的双重作用,微观扫描电镜显示,活性物质可渗透至混凝土内部4.0 mm左右,形成水泥水化晶体,填充、封堵混凝土的孔隙而达到防水目的。此外,通过在青岛地铁渗漏修复工程中应用,证明该防水涂料适用于混凝土结构工程涂层,实现混凝土结构自防水功能。

Research on spraying crystal infiltration activity of parent material

   Abstract:Shen Likang waterproof coating is a new type of rigid waterproof material developed from permeable crystalline waterproofing material and mainly made of Portland cement,nano active chemicals,quartz sand and lime. The laboratory tests were carried out on the impermeability pressure of Shen Likang waterproof coating under different conditions. The experimental results show that the waterproof effect is mainly caused by the double action of coating and the permeable crystalline of active chemical substances. Scanning electron microscope showed the penetration depth of active substances is about 4.0 mm inside the concrete,forming the cement hydration crystal and the purpose of waterproof is achieved from filling and plugging concrete pore. In addition,Shen Likang waterproof coating is proved to be a suitable concrete structure waterproof coating and let concrete have the function of structural self waterproof through application of leakage repair in Qingdao metro.
