型钢再生混凝土界面粘结滑移试验研究

   摘要:研究了再生骨料取代率、保护层厚度、箍筋配置、锚固长度对型钢再生混凝土粘结滑移性能的影响。结果表明,型钢再生混凝土粘结滑移破坏过程可以分为无滑移、局部滑移和全滑移3个阶段,型钢与混凝土间的粘结应力由化学胶结力、摩擦力、机械咬合力构成。随着再生骨料取代率的增大,型钢再生混凝土粘结强度降低;保护层厚度、横向配箍率增加,粘结强度提高;锚固长度对粘结强度影响较小。通过回归分析得出型钢再生混凝土粘结强度计算公式。

Experimental study on bond-slip behavior of steel reinforced recycled aggregate concrete

   Abstract:The effects of replacement ratio of recycled aggregate,the thickness of the concrete cover,the stirrups and anchorage length on the bond slip behavior of steel reinforced recycled aggregate concrete were studied. The results show that the bond slip failure process of steel reinforced recycled aggregate concrete can be divided into three stages:non slip stage,partial slip stage and full slip stage,and the bond stress between steel beam and concrete supported by chemical bonding force,friction force and mechanical bite force. With the rising of replacement ratio of recycled aggregate,bond strength of steel reinforced recycled aggregate concrete decreased. With thickness of concrete cover and ratio of the transverse stirrup rising,the bond strength increases,and the anchorage length has less effect on the bond strength. According to the test data,the formula for calculating the bond strength of steel reinforced recycled aggregate concrete is derived by regression analysis.
