再生粗骨料透水混凝土制备工艺及配合比优化研

   摘要:针对再生骨料透水混凝土特点,对其制备工艺进行了试验研究,采用正交试验分析了设计孔隙率、骨料粒径、水胶比、砂率等因素对透水混凝土性能的影响。结果表明,采用水泥裹石法和人工锤捣成型,透水混凝土强度和透水性能有较好的协调性;各因素对透水混凝土抗压强度的影响顺序为:设计孔隙率>砂率>水胶比>再生粗骨料级配,对透水系数的影响顺序为:设计孔隙率>再生粗骨料级配>砂率>水胶比。

Study on preparation technique and mix proportion optimization for recycled aggregate permeable concrete

    Abstract:A series of preparation techniques of recycled aggregate permeable concrete are studied based upon its characteristics,and the effects of porosity,aggregate size,water cement ratio and sand ratio on the properties of permeable concrete was analyzed by the orthogonal test. The results showed:through aggregate wrapping around cement and artificial hammer pound forming method,compressive strength and permeability coefficient have good coordination;the degree of the factors significantly influence on the compressive strength of permeable concrete are design porosity>sand ratio>water cement ratio>aggregate size;the degree of factors significantly influence on the permeability coefficient of permeable concrete are design porosity>aggregate size>sand ratio>water cement ratio.
