掺玄武岩纤维自密实混凝土强度及抗冻性能试验

    摘要:通过试验研究了玄武岩纤维掺量对自密实混凝土工作性能、强度及抗冻性能的影响。结果表明,掺入玄武岩纤维后,自密实混凝土坍落度、坍落扩展度、J环坍落扩展度均下降,混凝土流动性降低,填充性能变差,通过钢筋间隙的能力逐渐减弱;随着玄武岩纤维掺量的增加,混凝土的抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度均先提高后降低,当玄武岩纤维掺量为2 kg/m3时,混凝土抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度最高;掺加适量的玄武岩纤维有利于填充混凝土内部孔隙和裂缝,提高混凝土的抗冻性能,当玄武岩纤维掺量为2 kg/m3时,混凝土的抗冻性能最佳。

Experimental study on strength and frost resistance of self-compacting concrete with basalt fiber

  Abstract:The effects of the amount of basalt fiber on the work performance,strength and frost resistance of the self-compacting concrete were studied through experiments. The results show that after the incorporation of basalt fiber,the slump,slump expansion and J ring slump expansion of self-compacting concrete decreased,and the mobility of concrete also decreased. The filling performance becomes worse. With the increase of basalt fiber content,the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of concrete increased at first,and then decreased. When the content of basalt fiber is 2 kg/m3,the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of concrete reached the maximum. Adding proper amount of basalt fiber is conducive to the filling of concrete internal pores and cracks,and the frost resistance of concrete improved. When the content of basalt fiber is 2 kg/m3,the frost resistance of concrete win the best.
