掺聚丙烯纤维活性粉末混凝土高温后力学性能研

    摘要:通过试验研究了外掺聚丙烯纤维的活性粉末混凝土(RPC)高温爆裂及高温后力学性能,分析高温后RPC力学性能变化规律。结果表明,在RPC中掺入聚丙烯纤维有利于提高混凝土的抗爆裂性能,当聚丙烯纤维体积掺量为0.3%时,RPC试件在升温过程中并未发生爆裂。随着温度的升高,高温后RPC的抗压强度、抗拉强度均先提高后降低,其临界温度分别为300、100 ℃。随着聚丙烯纤维掺量的增加,高温后RPC相对抗压强度及抗拉强度也越高。根据试验结果拟合出聚丙烯纤维掺量为0.3%的RPC高温后抗压强度及抗拉强度计算公式。

Study on mechanical properties of reactive powder concrete with polypropylene fiber after high temperatures

  Abstract:The mechanical properties and high temperature spalling tests of reactive powder concrete(RPC) mixed with polypropylene fiber were performed,and the law of mechanical properties of RPC after high temperatures were analyzed. The results show that polypropylene fiber in RPC is beneficial to improve the spalling resistance of concrete. When the volume fraction of polypropylene fiber is 0.3%,the RPC specimen does not spalling during heating. With the increase of temperature,the compressive strength and tensile strength of RPC increased at first and then decreased,and the critical temperature were 300 ℃ and 100 ℃ respectively. With the increase of the amount of polypropylene fiber,the relative compressive strength and tensile strength of RPC are greater after high temperature. According to the test results,the formulas for calculating the compressive strength and tensile strength of RPC with 0.3% polypropylene fiber content were fitted respectively.
