海工混凝土抗氯离子渗透性的研究

    摘要:通过采用不同的水胶比,掺加不同种类和掺量的掺和料,研究海工混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性能。结果表明,随着水胶比的减小,混凝土的抗压强度提高,抗氯离子渗透性增强;双掺粉煤灰和矿粉在一定范围内能提高混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性,建议总掺量为30%~50%;矿粉掺量的增加对混凝土抗氯离子渗透有积极的作用,适宜掺量为15%~40%;适量的粉煤灰对抗氯离子渗透有一定的作用,适宜掺量为15%~25%。

Experimental study on chloride ion permeability of marine concrete

   Abstract:In this study,the chloride ion penetration resistance of marine concrete was studied by using different water binder ratios and different admixture varieties and proportions. The results show that the compressive strength of concrete is improved and the permeability of concrete is enhanced with the decrease of water to glue ratio,and the permeability of concrete can be improved by adding fly ash and slag powder in a certain range. It is suggested that the ratio of total admixture to concrete is 30%~50%,and the addition of slag powder has positive effect on the penetration resistance of concrete to chloride ion,and the dosage is 15%~40%;proper amount of fly ash has a certain effect against chlorine ion permeation,the suggested mixing range is 15%~25%.
