温度对多彩涂料粒子大小及仿石效果的影响

    摘要：在秋冬季，用分散机造粒的多彩涂料，常常会有粒子变细、仿石效果变差的质量问题。通过对保护胶体温度、保护胶浓度等参数的系列试验和探讨，得出导致多彩涂料粒子变小、多彩涂料仿石效果变差的主要因素是温度的结论，并提出了解决方案。

The effect of temperature on particle size and imitation stone effect of multicolor coating

  Abstract：In the autumn and winter，in the production of multicolor coating，there are often the problem of particle thinning and the worse effect of imitation stone. Through series of experiments and discussion on the temperature and concentration of protective colloid and so on，it is concluded that the temperature is the main factors affecting the particle size and imitation stone effect of multicolor coating，and the solutions are put forward.
