建筑结构胶检测的干扰因素分析与消除

    摘要：为消除建筑结构胶检测的干扰因素，对存在于温度、搅拌、脱泡、浇铸和胶粘、模具、基材、厚度控制、引伸计选择等方面的干扰因素进行分析，以A、B组份按粘度依次添加、限制单次搅拌量、低速搅拌、真空脱泡、摊薄晾置、使用特殊模具、基材喷砂打磨、以微珠控制胶粘层厚度、预加载、使用非接触式引伸计、使用小样本统计公式等方法设计了消除干扰的方案，试验结果表明，该方案可使检测结果更可靠。

Analysis and elimination methods of interference factors existing in building structural adhesive test

    Abstract：In order to eliminate the interference factors in building structural adhesive test，the paper analyzes interference factors existing in temperature，stirring，defoaming，perfusion and demoulding，mould，substrate，thickness control，extensometer choice and other factors and design methods to eliminate the factors. The methods include priority of components to add，limiting single mixing amount，lowing stirring speed，vacuum defoaming，spreading out stirred adhesive，using special mould，sandblasting，using glass beads to control adhesive layer thickness，pre load，using non-contact extensometers，using small sample statistical formula. Our experiments show that these schemes make the results more reliable.
