MPEG系酯类分子结构与聚羧酸减水剂性能的构效关

    摘要:采用2种不饱和酸与3种不同分子质量甲氧基聚乙二醇进行酯化,在此基础上,引入带不同官能团的不饱和单体,在引发剂作用下制备了具有改善减水剂敏感性和保坍性能的酯类聚羧酸减水剂。研究了酯类聚羧酸减水剂结构对分散性能及保坍性能的影响,建立了酯类分子结构与聚羧酸母液性能之间的构效关系。

 Structure-performance relationship between ester based molecular structure and performance of
polycarboxylate superplasticizer

   Abstract:In this article we use one of two types of unsaturated acids with MPEGs of three types of molecular weights to produce different esterified methoxy polyethylene glycol which are then copolymorized with unsaturated monomers with different functional groups,to further obtain ester-based polycarboxylate superplasticizers with reduced sensitivity and improved slump retaining ability under the presence of initiators. We also study the effects of ester-based polycarboxylate superplasticizers of different molecular structures on the dispersity and the slump retaining ability of cement paste,and establish the structure-performance relationship between molecular structures of esters and the performance of polycarboxylic acid mother liquor.
