一种新型无碱液体速凝剂的制备和性能研究

    摘要：采用聚羧酸系铝盐分散剂和聚合硫酸铝、三乙醇胺等合成了一种新型无碱液体速凝剂ALQA-3，并对其性能进行了测试。结果表明，基准水泥中新型无碱液体速凝剂ALQA-3的掺量为6%时，符合JC 477—2005《喷射混凝土用速凝剂》规定的合格品要求；当掺量为8%时，水泥净浆的初凝时间为2 min 45 s，终凝时间为7 min 30 s，水泥砂浆的1 d 抗压强度为12.4 MPa，28 d抗压强度比为113%，符合JC 477—2005规定的一等品要求。同时，ALQA-3与其他水泥的适应性良好。

Study on preparation and properties of a novel alkali-free liquid accelerator admixture

  Abstract：A new type of alkali-free liquid accelerator admixture ALQA-3 was prepared by Polycarboxylate aluminum salt dispersant and polymeric aluminum sulfate，triethanolamine. And its properties were tested. The results show that using the benchmark cement test，ALQA-3 reached the performance requirement of qualified product as specified in JC 477—2005 "Liquid accelerator admixture for shotcrete" when the content was 6%. The initial setting time is 2 min45 s，the final setting time is 7 min30 s and the 1 d compressive strength of mortar is 12.4 MPa，the compressive strength ratio of 28 d is 113% when the content is 8%，and the indicators meet the performance requirement of first-class product as specified in JC 477—2005. Meanwhile，the new alkali-free liquid accelerator admixture ALQA-3 is compatible with other varieties of cement.
