焙烧层状双氢氧化物阻锈剂对混凝土中钢筋的缓

   摘要：以层状双金属氢氧化物为主要材料，与其它材料复合，制备新型焙烧层状双氢氧化物阻锈剂（ZY）。通过硬化砂浆快速试验方法对自制阻锈剂的阻锈性能进行评价，并与市售阻锈剂K18和传统无机型阻锈NaNO2进行对比。结果表明：在内掺3%NaCl腐蚀条件下，自制阻锈剂ZY在掺量3%、4%时具有很好的阻锈效果，其适宜掺量为3%；从长期阻锈效果分析，内掺3%阻锈剂ZY的阻锈效果优于内掺3%NaNO2的；CLDH的阻锈效果优于LDH。

Research on the inhibition effect of calcined layered double hydroxide rust inhibitor on

the reinforcing steel in concrete

   Abstract：The layered double hydroxide was used as the main material，and it was compounded with other materials to prepare a new type of calcined layered double hydroxide rust inhibitor（ZY）. The corrosion resistance of self-made rust inhibitors was evaluated by the rapid test method of hardened mortar, and compared with the commercially available rust inhibitor K18 and the traditional inorganic rust inhibitor NaNO2. The results show that under the condition of 3% NaCl corrosion，the self-made rust inhibitor ZY has good rust resistance when the content is 3% and 4%，and its suitable content is 3%. Based on the analysis on the long-term rust resistance effect，the rust-inhibiting effect of 3% rust inhibitor ZY is better than that of 3% NaNO2；The rust effect of CLDH is better than that of LDH.
