不同标号沥青动态粘弹特性试验研究

    摘要:为研究不同标号沥青的动态粘弹性特性,借助动态剪切流变仪(DSR)对50号沥青、70号沥青、90号沥青进行试验,分析了不同温度及频率作用下各标号沥青的相位角、复模量、车辙因子的变化规律。结果表明,当温度一定时,随着频率的增大,相位角在0~5 Hz范围内下降幅度较大,随后下降速率趋于稳定;G、G/sinδ的变化规律较为一致,当温度为46 ℃时,二者都随着频率的增大先增大后减小,当温度在52~70 ℃时,二者随着频率的增大而增大;频率一定时,相位角随着温度的升高而增大,G、G/sinδ随着温度的升高而减小。分析表明,在低温条件下,当频率超过某一值时,沥青抵抗剪切变形的能力减弱。

Experimental study on dynamic viscoelastic characteristics of different labeled asphalt

   Abstract:In order to study the dynamic viscoelastic properties of different labeled asphalt,50# asphalt,70# asphalt,90# asphalt were selected,and effect of temperature,frequency on the phase angle,complex modulus,rutting factor,fatigue cracking factor was analyzed by means of dynamic shear rheometer(DSR). The results show that when the temperature is fixed,the phase angle decreases sharply in the range of 0~5 Hz and then tends to be stable. The change law of G and G/sinδ is consistent,both of them will increase first and then reduce with the growth of frequency at 46 ℃,while between 52 ℃ and 70 ℃,both of them will increase with the increase of frequency. When the frequency is fixed,the phase angle tends to increase while G and G/sinδ become reduced with the growth of temperature. The analysis shows that at low temperatures,the ability of the asphalt to resist shear deformation will reduce when the frequency exceeds a certain value.
