SBS改性沥青在不同老化状态下的多次再生评价

    摘要：针对轻度老化、临界老化及PAV压力老化状态的SBS改性沥青进行多次老化与再生试验研究，通过针入度试验、测力延度试验、弹性恢复率试验对多次老化与再生SBS改性沥青进行评价。结果表明，多次老化与再生后SBS改性沥青的针入度减小，老化再生次数越多，老化越严重，SBS改性沥青越难恢复到老化前的针入度水平，典型的流变特性消失。测力延度试验拉伸柔量、延伸度、韧性比及弹性恢复率指标对老化条件、老化再生次数较为敏感，多次老化与再生后SBS改性沥青的低温性能显著降低。建议对轻微老化和临界老化状态的SBS改性沥青进行３次以上再生及严重老化状态的SBS改性沥青进行2次以上再生时，可作为老化的普通沥青使用。

Evaluation on multiple regenerations of SBS modified asphalt under different aging conditions

    Abstract：The SBS modified asphalt of mild aging state，critical aging state，and PAV pressure aging state has undergone multiple aging and regenerative test studies. The SBS modified asphalt undergone multiple aging and regeneration was evaluated by penetration testing，force-ductility testing，and elastic recovery rate testing. The results show that the penetration degree of SBS modified asphalt after multiple aging and regeneration is reduced，the more aging and regeneration times，the more severe the aging condition，the harder it is for SBS modified asphalt to return to the level of penetration before aging, typical rheology characteristic disappears. Tensile compliance，elongation，toughness ratio and elastic recovery rate in the force-ductility test are sensitive to the aging conditions and aging regeneration times. The low temperature performance of the SBS modified asphalt is significantly reduced after multiple aging and regeneration. It is recommended that the SBS modified asphalt with mild aging and critical aging state be regenerated 3 times or more，and the SBS modified asphalt with severe aging state be regenerated twice or more，and it can be used as ordinary asphalt for aging.
