湿拌砂浆抹面工程质量控制

    摘要：湿拌砂浆在抹面工程应用中常出现开裂、空鼓、下坠、爆点等问题，且受原材料特性、界面和养护条件的影响。论述了湿拌砂浆抹面工程应用存在的问题及质量控制要点。湿拌砂浆抹面工程中需要控制胶料总用量不超过400 kg/m3，且砂浆保水率高于88%。界面处理可采用滚涂、喷涂界面剂的方法，需确保界面剂分布均匀。养护过程中需要做好抹面砂浆的表面防护，防止面层龟裂和粉化。

Quality control of wet-mixed mortar in plastering engineering

    Abstract：The phenomena of cracking，hollowing，falling，burst point etc. always occurred in wet-mixed mortar of plastering engineering，which is affected by material properties，interface and curing conditions. The problems of wet-mixed mortar during the application in plastering engineering and the key points of quality control were discussed. The amount of cementitious material should not exceed 400 kg/m3，and the water retention rate of wet-mixed mortar must be higher than 88%. The methods of roller coating and spraying can be used to interface treatment to ensure uniform distribution of interface agent. The fresh mortar surface should be well protected to prevent surface cracking and powder.
