不同配合比轻质混凝土砌块的性能研究

    摘要:通过改变水胶比、双氧水以及粉煤灰掺量,研究不同配合比对轻质混凝土砌块表观密度、导热系数及强度的影响。轻质混凝土砌块的表观密度均随着水胶比和双氧水掺量的增加而呈现下降的趋势,且当双氧水掺量为8%时混凝土砌块有较低的表观密度,水胶比在0.35附近时混凝土砌块的表观密度较为稳定;增加双氧水掺量可以降低混凝土砌块的导热系数,而水胶比的变化对导热系数的影响不大;轻质混凝土砌块的抗压强度在混凝土养护前期与水胶比呈现负相关,在养护后期呈现正相关,而粉煤灰掺量对混凝土砌块不同强度发展阶段有着不同的影响。

Study on properties of lightweight concrete blocks with different mix proportion

    Abstract:The influence of different mix ratio on apparent density,thermal conductivity and strength of lightweight concrete block was studied by changing the ratio of water to binder,the amount of hydrogen peroxide and fly ash. The apparent density of lightweight concrete block decreases with the increase of water binder ratio and the amount of hydrogen peroxide,and the concrete block has a lower apparent density when the amount of hydrogen peroxide is 8%,the apparent density of concrete block is relatively stable when the water cement ratio is near 0.35. Increasing the amount of hydrogen peroxide can reduce the thermal conductivity of concrete block,but the change of water binder ratio has little influence on the thermal conductivity. The strength growth of lightweight concrete block is negatively related to the water cement ratio at the early stage of concrete maintenance,and has a positive correlation at the later stage of curing,but the amount of fly ash has different influence on the different strength development stages of concrete block.
