花岗岩矿石废料混凝土空心砌块试验研究

    摘要:将花岗岩废料如边角料以人工破碎的方式制成花岗粗岩粗骨料,用其100%代替天然粗骨料,并用花岗岩石粉部分代替天然砂,制备花岗岩废料混凝土空心试块。试验选取以水灰比、水泥用量、粉渣比为主要因素,通过正交试验分析各因素水平对混凝土试块性能的影响,找到最佳配合比。以此制备出符合建筑模数的花岗岩废料混凝土空心砌块。并对其抗压强度和抗冻性进行测试,均符合GB/T 8239—2014的要求。

Experimental study on granite waste to produce concrete hollow blocks

   Abstract:The granite waste,such as leftover bits and pieces,is made into coarse aggregate of granite coarse stone by artificial crushing. The granite waste concrete hollow block is made of 100% granite coarse aggregate instead of natural coarse aggregate and natural sand replaced by granite stone powder partially. In the experiment,water-cement ratio,cement dosage and powder-slag ratio were selected as the three main factors. The optimum mix proportion was found by analyzing the influence of each factor level on the performance index of the block concrete in orthogonal experiment,on which the granite waste concrete hollow blocks meeting the building modulus were made. The comprehensive strength and frost resistance of the hollow blocks are tested. The results show that the compressive strength and frost resistance of the hollow blocks meet the requirements of the corresponding specifications.
