镍铁渣的基本特性及其制备高强砖的研究

    摘要:利用XRF、XRD研究分析了镍铁渣的化学成分和矿物组成。结果表明,镍铁渣矿物组成主要为钙镁橄榄石、七铝酸十二钙、假硅灰石以及大量的玻璃态物质。以镍铁渣为主要原料,采用压制成型、蒸压养护的方法制备高强砖。通过示范线生产验证了镍铁渣制备蒸压高强砖的可行性。镍铁渣总用量达到90%时,制备的蒸压砖强度等级可达到MU30。

Basic characteristics of ferronickel slag and the preparation of high-strength brick

    Abstract:The chemical composition and mineral composition of ferronickel slag are investigated by means of XRD and XRF. The results show that the ferronickel slag is mainly consisted of monticellite,C12A7,pseudowollastonite and large glass phase. The high-strength brick can be produced via pressure molding and autoclaved curing method,using ferronickel slag as starting materials. The feasibility of preparing autoclaved high strength bricks from ferronickel slag was verified by the production of the demonstration line. When the total amount of ferronickel slag is up to 90%,the strength of autoclaved brick reaches to grade MU30.
