影响二氧化硅气凝胶/玻化微珠保温砂浆性能的因

    摘要:通过对二氧化硅气凝胶/玻化微珠保温砂浆轻骨料添加顺序、水泥与轻骨料质量比、气凝胶与玻化微珠体积比以及是否采用化学发泡方法的对比试验,分析了这几种因素对保温砂浆干密度和导热系数的影响。结果表明:先将气凝胶颗粒与浆料搅拌均匀后再倒入玻化微珠快速搅拌成型,有利于提高砂浆的保温性能;降低水泥与轻骨料的质量比可减小保温砂浆的导热系数和干密度;单纯调整玻化微珠与气凝胶的体积比,保温砂浆的干密度变化不大,但导热系数随着气凝胶掺量的增大而减小;在保温砂浆浆体中添加双氧水进行化学发泡可以显著减小砂浆的导热系数。

Factors affecting properties of silica aerogel/vitrified bead thermal insulation mortar

    Abstract:The dry density and the thermal conductivity of thermal insulation mortar after contrast experiments on the adding order of lightweight aggregate of silica aerogel/vitrified bead thermal insulation mortar,mass ratio of cement and lightweight aggregate,volume ratio of aerogel and vitrified bead,and contrast experiments on whether or not use chemical foaming method. Results show that the thermal insulation performance of the thermal insulation mortar will be improved after the aerogel particles and the slurry are stirred evenly first and then the vitrified beads are added and stirred quickly before molding. The thermal conductivity and the dry density of thermal insulation mortar will decrease if the mass ratio of cement and lightweight aggregate are reduced. The dry density of thermal insulation mortar changes little even the volume ratio of silica aerogel and vitrified bead are altered. However,the thermal conductivity of thermal insulation mortar will decrease if the content of silica aerogels are increased. The thermal conductivity of thermal insulation mortar will decrease significantly if peroxide is added in mortar slurry for chemical foaming.
