新型建筑外墙保温防水砂浆的研制及施工

    摘要：研究了以硅酸盐水泥为胶凝材料，膨胀聚苯乙烯颗粒为保温材料，加入油酸盐防水剂，制成同时具有保温隔热、防水、轻质于一体的保温、防水砂浆。该砂浆应用于建筑外墙的保温层，替代现有的单一保温性能的砂浆及外贴高分子保温材料，不但能起到保温效果，还具有防水功能，消除了单一保温砂浆不防水及外贴高分子保温材料在施工过程存在的火灾安全隐患，且施工也较简单。该砂浆密度为300 kg/m3，导热系数为0.09 W/（m·K），饱和吸水率为为1.6％。

Development and construction of a new type of waterproof mortar for exterior wall insulation

  Abstract：Mortar with integration function of themal insulation，waterproof and lightweight was prepared by using the Portland cement as the cementitious material，the expanded polystyrene particles as the thermal insulation material，and adding fatty acid salt waterproofing agent. The mortar is applied to the insulation layer of the external wall of the building to replace the existing single insulation performance mortar and the external polymer insulation material，not only can play a thermal insulation effect，but also has the function of waterproof. The non waterproof of single thermal insulation mortar and the hidden danger of fire safety in the construction process the polymer-insulated polymer insulation material are eliminated，and the construction is simple. The mortar bulk density is 300 kg/m3，the thermal conductivity is 0.09 W/（m·K），and the saturated water absorption rate is 1.6%.
