改性沥青防水卷材厚度差异原因分析及其改进措

    摘要:通过测试不同规格型号改性沥青防水卷材的厚度,发现其存在一定的厚度差异。实验分析得知,根本原因为改性沥青在涂覆过程中以及冷却定型后存在表面张力,且由于表面张力的不同而导致厚度差异。通过试验模拟了影响改性沥青防水卷材涂覆定型过程厚度差异的因素,并提出了减小这些差异的方法。

Study and improvement measures for thickness differences of modified bituminous waterproof sheet material

    Abstract:By testing on the thickness of modified bituminous waterproof sheet in different species,thickness differences have been found. Experimental analysis shows that the key factor is surface tension existence during the coating process of modified bitumen and afterwards cooling and setting,and the thickness difference is due to the difference in surface tension. The factors influencing the coating thickness differences have been simulated and measures eliminating such differences have been proposed.
