玻璃纤维沥青毡的制备及耐冻融性能研究

    摘要:介绍了玻璃纤维复配沥青制备防水卷材的工艺和制备方法,分别从冻融、水老化机理、水老化性能和水老化预估方程等方面对所制70#和90#玻璃纤维沥青毡的性能进行分析。结果表明,和普通沥青毡相比玻璃纤维沥青毡具有更好的高温水稳定性;90#比70#玻璃纤维沥青毡具有更优的性能;玻璃纤维沥青毡冻融循环主要是沥青中不饱和C=C双键加成反应生成单键;通过比较沥青毡水老化后的针入度和软化点再结合预估老化方程可知,90#沥青毡的性能更优。

Study on preparation and freeze-thaw resistance properties of glass fiber asphalt felt

    Abstract:The technology and preparation method of glass fiber blended asphalt for waterproofing membrane were systematically expounded. The performance of 70# and 90# glass fiber asphalt felt was compared and analyzed from freezing thawing,water aging mechanism,water aging property and water aging prediction equation. The results show that the glass fiber asphalt felt has better stability in high temperature water compared with the common asphalt felt,the performance of 90# asphalt felt was better than that of 70#,the freezing-thawing cycle of glass fiber asphalt felt was mainly the single bond generated by the unsaturated C=C double bond addition reaction in the asphalt,it could be seen that the performance of 90# asphalt felt was better by comparing the penetration and softening point of asphalt felt and the prediction of the aging equation.
