路用泡沫混凝土长期耐久性研究

    摘要:随着高速公路建设的飞速发展,泡沫混凝土越来越频繁地用于公路工程领域。泡沫混凝土是一种轻质材料,多应用于桥台台背回填、路堤边坡置换等分项工程,由于其材料的特殊性,在控制路基沉降方面有着天然的优势。针对路用泡沫混凝土长期耐久性进行研究,在循环荷载和冻融循环单一因素和多因素耦合作用下,得出了泡沫混凝土微裂缝的变化规律,其力学性能均有不同程度的下降。可为类似项目的施工提供参考和借鉴。

Study on long term durability of road foam concrete

    Abstract:With the rapid development of highway construction in China,foam concrete appears more and more frequently in the field of highway engineering. Foamed concrete is a kind of lightweight material,which is mostly used in embankment backfill,embankment slope replacement and other sub-projects. Because of its particularity,it has a natural advantage in controlling subgrade settlement. In this paper,the long-term durability of foamed concrete for road is studied. Under the condition of single factor and multi-factor coupling of cyclic load and freeze-thaw cycle,the variation and evolution law of micro-crack of foamed concrete is obtained,and the mechanical properties of foamed concrete decrease in varying degrees. It can provide basis and reference for the construction of similar projects.
