钢筋混凝土构件在杂散电流和氯盐腐蚀下的疲劳

    摘要:针对西宁轨道交通工程混凝土结构服役特点,试制了4种不同配合比钢筋混凝土试件,对试件经过杂散电流与氯盐腐蚀的耦合作用后进行疲劳荷载试验,分析了钢筋混凝土在耦合作用下抗疲劳性能及失效规律。结果表明:在抗弯疲劳与杂散电流因素下,Ca50z混凝土具有较好的抗破坏能力,对应于100万次和200万次循环的疲劳折减强度系数分别为0.27和0.20,适合于轨道交通的高架桥梁式结构构件;在多因素工况试验条件下, Ca60z混凝土具有更强的抗破坏能力,对应于100万次和200万次循环的疲劳折减强度系数分别为0.37和0.33,适合于轨道交通的地下隧道管片或衬砌结构构件。

Study on fatigue properties and failure laws of reinforced concrete members under
the stray current and chloride corrosion

   Abstract:According to the service characteristics of concrete structure of Xining rail transit project,four kinds of reinforced concrete specimens with different mix ratio were produced. After the coupling action of stray current and brine corrosion,the fatigue load test was carried out. The fatigue resistance and failure law of reinforced concrete under coupling action were analyzed,and the conclusions were drawn. The results show that the Ca50z concrete has good resistance to destroy under the factor of stray current bend fatigue. For the 1 million and 2 million cycles,the fatigue reduced strength coefficient are 0.27 and 0.20 respectively. It is suitable for the bridge structural components in rail transit. The Ca60z concrete has greater resistance to destroy under  the conditions of various factors. The fatigue reduced strength coefficient of 1 million and 2 million cycles are 0.37 and 0.33 respectively. It is suitable for the underground tunnel segments or lining-structure components in rail transit.
