石灰石机制砂中石粉对混凝土性能的影响研究

    摘要:研究了不同石灰石机制砂石粉烧失量以及对混凝土减水剂的影响,总结了选择制备机制砂的石灰石矿的试验方法,分析了石灰石机制砂石粉对混凝土工作性以及力学性能的影响原因和机理。结果表明:不同矿源的石灰石机制砂石粉主要影响混凝土单位用水量、减水剂掺量以及力学性能;优质石灰石机制砂石粉能明显改善混凝土界面过渡区,提高混凝土的抗压强度。

Study on the effect of the stone powder on performance of concrete in the limestone machine-made sand

    Abstract:This paper studies on the different powder ignition loss of the limestone machine-made sand as well as its influence on concrete water reducing agent,summarizes the test methods of selection of limestone ore for preparation of the machine-made sand,analyzes the cause and mechanism of limestone sand powder on the workability and mechanical properties of the concrete. The results show that different ore source of limestone sand powder preparation mechanism mainly affects the unit water consumption and dosage of water reducing agent and the mechanical properties of concrete;high quality limestone machine-made sand powder can significantly improve the interfacial transition zone of concrete,improve the compressive strength of concrete.
