橡胶粉与多聚磷酸复合改性沥青性能研究

    摘要:为了改善橡胶沥青(CRMA)的高温性能与体系稳定性,将多聚磷酸(PPA)与橡胶粉(CRM)进行复配。基于针入度分级评价体系中的粘度和软化点试验,SHRP沥青胶结料PG分级体系中的DSR、BBR试验对CRM/PPA复合改性沥青的高低温性能进行了评价。结果表明,在18%~22%CRM与1.0%~1.5%PPA复配方案下,CRM/PPA复合改性沥青的相位角小于SBS改性沥青,且抗车辙因子、复数剪切模量G*、软化点及粘度均大于SBS改性沥青,掺加PPA可显著提高橡胶沥青的高温性能,同时降低橡胶沥青粘度对温度的敏感性。22%CRM与0~1.0%PPA复合改性沥青的低温PG分级可达到-24 ℃,CRM/PPA复合改性沥青是一种高低温性能兼顾且体系均匀、连续的共混共融体。推荐用于CRM/PPA复合改性沥青适宜的橡胶粉掺量为18%~22%,PPA掺量为1.0%~1.5%。

Experimental research on properties of rubber powder and polyphosphoric acid
composite modified asphalt

   Abstract:In order to improve the high temperature performance and system stability of rubber asphalt(CRMA),polyphosphoric acid(PPA) and rubber powder(CRM) are compounded. Based on the viscosity and softening point tests in the evaluation system of needle and person grading,the high temperature and low temperature performance of CRM/PPA composite modified asphalt was evaluated by the DSR and BBR tests in the PG classification system of SHRP asphalt binder,and the CRM/PPA was analyzed. The experimental results show that the phase angle of CRM/PPA composite modified asphalt is smaller than that of SBS modified asphalt under the compounding scheme of 18%~22% rubber powder and 1%~1.5% PPA,and the anti-rutting factor and complex shear modulus G*,softening point and viscosity are all greater than SBS modified asphalt. Adding PPA can significantly improve the high temperature performance of rubber asphalt and reduce the sensitivity of rubber asphalt viscosity to temperature. The low-temperature PG classification of 22% CRM and 0~1.0% PPA composite modified asphalt can reach -24 ℃. CRM and PPA composite modified asphalt is a kind of blending comonomer with high and low temperature performance and the system is uniform and continuous. The recommended suitable rubber powder content for CRM/PPA composite modified asphalt is 18% to 22%,PPA content is 1.0%~1.5%.
