玉米淀粉改性聚羧酸减水剂试验研究

    摘要:将淀粉进行氧化,用氧化淀粉部分替代TPEG,通过自由基共聚合成淀粉改性聚羧酸减水剂。结果表明,最佳合成工艺为:氧化阶段,氧化剂用量占玉米淀粉质量的10%,pH值为10,40 ℃恒温加热4 h;聚合阶段,氧化淀粉替代TPEG质量的10%,m(维C)∶m(巯基丙酸)=3∶7。按最优工艺合成的淀粉改性聚羧酸减水剂分散性良好,折固掺量为0.3%时,水泥净浆流动度达到300 mm。

Experimental study on corn starch modified polycarboxylate superplasticizer

  Abstract:The starch modified polycarboxylate superplasticizer was synthesized by radical copolymerization through oxidization of starch and partial replacment of the TPEG with oxidized starch. The optimum synthesis process of oxidation stage was determined as follows: in oxidization stage,oxidant content accounted for 10% of corn starch mass,pH value is 10,the reaction time is 4 h,the reaction temperature is 40 ℃,while in polymerization stage,the oxidized starch content replaces 10% of methyl allyl polyoxyethylene ether(TPEG) content,vitamin C∶mercaptopropionic acid=3∶7. The product synthesized under the optimal process has good dispersion property and the fluidity of cement paste reached 300 mm when the dosage(converted into solid) is 0.3.
