墙体基面界面剂适配性与影响因素分析

    摘要：通过测试分别由4种不同乳液配制的不同固含量的界面剂，在4种不同基面上的粘接强度，研究了界面剂对基层墙体的选择性与适用性，并针对试验现象，综合分析了粘接强度的影响因素。结果表明，不同墙体基面应选用不同的界面剂，宜结合性能与成本综合考虑。此外，界面剂的粘接强度与自身化学结构性质、测试用砂浆胶粘剂本体强度和成型拉拔块时抹刀施加的压力有关。

Analysis of the applicability and the influencing factors of the interface agent for the base of outside wall

    Abstract：By testing the bond strength of interface agents of different solid content prepared from four different emulsions on four different basic wall，studied the selectivity and applicability of interface agent for the basic wall，and in view of the phenomenon occurring in the process of experiments，analyzed the influencing factors of bonding strength. The results show that different basic wall corresponding to different types of interfacial agents，it is better to consider performance and cost simultaneously. In addition，the bonding strength of the interface agent is related to the chemical structure， the strength of the mortar，and the pressure of the spatula.
