地聚合物注浆材料的开发及性能研究

    摘要:以粉煤灰、矿渣等大宗工业固体废弃物及水泥为主要原料,在改性水玻璃的激发下进行地聚合反应,制备新型低碳、高强、无收缩的地聚合物注浆材料。试验结果表明:随矿渣、水泥掺量的增加,地聚合物注浆材料的凝结时间大幅度缩短、抗压强度大幅度提高;改性水玻璃中的Na2O主要控制其对粉煤灰及矿渣等的激发能力,而水玻璃模数Ms主要控制早期地聚合反应的过程。经工程应用表明,采用该非开挖式地聚合物注浆材料能有效修复路面的不均匀沉降,经优选的F15C15G70-912型地聚合物注浆处理后,代表弯沉值降低50%,路面强度系数由0.39~0.42提高到0.76~0.80,路面强度评级由次提高到良。

Development and performance research of geopolymer grouting materials

    Abstract:In this paper,industrial solid waste such as fly ash and slag were chosen as main raw materials. Under the activation of modified water glass,those industrial solid waste finally turns into geopolymer grouting materials with low carbon, high strength,no shrinkage and other advantages via dissolution,condensation,rearrangement and other processes. Results show that with the increase of slag or cement content, the coagulation time of the geopolymer grouting material was greatly shortened and the compressive strength increased greatly. The Na2O content in modified water glass mainly controled its activation ability to fly ash and slag, while Ms of modified water glass mainly controled the early geopolymerization process. The engineering application shows that the non-excavation type geopolymer grouting material can effectively repair the uneven settlement of the road surface. After the preferred F15C15G70-912 type geopolymer grouting treatment,the deflection value is reduced by 50%. The strength coefficient increased from 0.39~0.42 to 0.76~0.80,and the road strength rating improved from poor to good.
