异型啮合式轻集料混凝土复合自保温砌块的块型

    摘要:采用异型啮合式结构,对轻集料混凝土复合自保温砌块的块型结构进行优化设计,以提高其保温隔热性能及整体稳定性;对自保温砌块的空腔填充材料进行了对比筛选。结果表明,采用膨胀玻化微珠砌筑砂浆能显著减小砌体的导热系数。研制的空腔填充XPS板的异型啮合式轻集料混凝土复合自保温砌块的热阻为1.35 m2·K/W,采用膨胀玻化微珠砂浆砌筑异型啮合式砌块时,砌
体的当量导热系数为0.38 W/(m·K),满足外墙节能要求。

Block design and related performance study of composite self insulation block for
irregular meshing type lightweight aggregate concrete

   Abstract:In order to improve the insulation property and overall stability of lightweight aggregate concrete composite insulation block,using irregular meshing type structure to optimize the block structure design of insulation block; cavity filling plug material are compared and selected. The test results show that the expanded and vitrified beads of mortar can significantly reduce the thermal conductivity of masonry. The thermal resistance of irregular meshing type lightweight aggregate concrete composite thermal insulation block masonry with cavity filling XPS board was 1.35 m2·K/W. The equivalent thermal conductivity of 0.38 W/(m·K)
is measured by the masonry wall with expanded and vitrified microbead mortar. It meets the requirements of external wall energy saving.
