超早强水泥基水下灌浆料的研制

    摘要:在早强微膨胀水泥基灌浆料中掺入UWB-Ⅲ型抗分散剂、聚羧酸高性能减水剂以及酒石酸缓凝剂制备新型超早强水泥基水下灌浆料。采用正交试验研究各因素掺量对超早强水泥基水下灌浆料的工作性能、力学性能的影响,对最优配合比进行水陆强度比、悬浊物含量、劈裂抗拉强度测试,以验证其水下性能。试验结果表明:新型超早强水泥基水下灌浆料流动性好、超早强、后期强度高、不倒缩、微膨胀,具备良好的水下抗分散性能,可应用于C40混凝土水下抢修。

Preparation of the ultra-early strength cement-based underwater grouting material

    Abstract:On the basis of early strength micro-expansive cement-based grouting material,mixed with UWB-Ⅲ anti-dispersion agent, polycarboxylate superplasticizer and L-tartaric acid retarder,new type ultra-early strength cement based underwater grouting material was prepared. Orthogonal tests statistical analysis were made to research the influence of various factors mixing amount on working performance and mechanical properties of the ultra-early strength cement based underwater grouting material. After this,to obtain the best mix proportion,combined with the test of compressive strength ratios of cast in water and cast in air,suspend grain content and splitting tensile strength to verify its underwater performance. The tests result show:the prepared new type ultra-early strength cement-based underwater grouting material has high fluidity,ultra-early strength, high long-term strength,none later shrinkage,slight expansion and good underwater anti-dispersion performance,can be used for underwater repair of C40 concrete.
