地聚合物隧道注浆材料性能与应用研究

    摘要:地聚合物隧道注浆材料具有耐久性好、早强等优点,但其脆性较大。以粉煤灰、水泥、水玻璃、氢氧化钾为原材料,制备地聚合物隧道注浆材料,研究水泥取代粉煤灰率和水胶比2个因素对注浆材料性能的影响,并掺入聚丙烯纤维改善其抗裂性能。结果表明,地聚合物净浆流动度和终凝时间均与水泥取代率成反比,与水胶比成正比;水泥取代率为15%是抗压强度最优的配比选择,可通过调整水胶比来调整流动度和终凝时间,达到实际工程应用要求;聚丙烯纤维体积掺量为0.5%时,不仅可显著改善抗裂性,还可兼顾其它性能指标不受影响,在成贵高速建设试验段中应用效果良好。

Performance and application study of geopolymer as tunnel grouting material

    Abstract:The geopolymer tunneling grouting material has the advantages of good durability,early strength and so on,but its brittleness is bigger. Water-cement ratio were investigated by using fly ash,cement,water glass and potassium hydroxide as raw materials to prepare the geopolymer tunnel grouting material. And polypropylene fiber was used to modify its crack resistance performance. The results show that the fluidity and final setting time of the geopolymer paste are inversely proportional to the cement replacement rate,which is proportional to the water-cement ratio. The cement substitution rate is 15%,which is the best ratio of the strength,the fluidity and final setting time can be adjusted by adjusting the water-cement ratio,to achieve the actual engineering application requirements;the use of 0.5% volume of polypropylene fiber,not only significantly improve the crack resistance,but also take into account other performance indicators are not affected. The application effect in the test section of Chendu-Guiyang high-speed construction is good.
