废玻璃碎屑在透水混凝土中的试验研究

    摘要:采用正交试验,分别考察了废玻璃碎屑掺量、水灰比、骨料颗粒级配3个因素对透水混凝土的强度和透水性的影响。结果表明,最优配比为:废玻璃碎屑掺量20%、水灰比为0.30,碎屑组成为5~10 mm、10~15 mm碎屑各占50%,在该配比下制得的透水混凝土抗压强度为21.1 MPa,透水系数为2.5 mm/s。

Experimental study on waste glass fragments in permeable concrete

    Abstract:Based on orthogonal test method,the influence of waste glass chips dosage,water cement ratio and particle size of aggregate on the strength and permeability of water permeable concrete were considered. The results show that the optimal proportion is:waste glass chips content of 20%,water cement ratio of 0.30,detrital composition is 5~10 mm,10~15 mm fragments each accounted for 50%,the compressive strength of pervious concrete prepared under this ratio is 21.1 MPa,and the permeable coefficient is 2.5 mm/s.
