超高层泵送混凝土配合比优化分析

    摘要:在满足JGJ/T 10—2011《混凝土泵送施工技术规程》相关要求前提下,实际超高层结构混凝土泵送过程中仍常出现管道堵塞问题。基于实际工程案例,对混凝土配合比进行优化分析,得出更为适用的三掺混凝土配合比,同时对于泵送前后混凝土相关性能也展开了探究。试验结果表明,采用15%粉煤灰、5%石墨粉、21.25%沸石粉的三掺混凝土配合比,实际施工中混凝土坍落度达到230 mm,混凝土泵送性能良好,强度满足设计要求。泵送后混凝土流动性出现下降,强度提高,抗氯离子渗透性能得到增强。

Optimization analysis of mix proportion of super high pump concrete

    Abstract:Under the premise of meeting the relevant requirements of "Technical Specification Concrete Pumping" JGJ/T 10—2011,the problem of pipeline blockage is still often occurred in the pumping process of the super high rise concrete structure. Based on the actual engineering cases,the concrete mix proportion is optimized and analyzed,and the more suitable concrete mix ratio of three is obtained,and related concrete properties before and after pumping are also investigated. The test results show when the concrete is mixed with 15% fly ash and 5% graphite powder,and 21.25% zeolite powder,the concrete slump in the actual construction reached 230 mm,concrete pump has good performance and strength to meet the design requirements. The fluidity of concrete decreases,the strength increases,and the permeability of chloride ion is enhanced.
