钢纤维增强橡胶粉早强混凝土的路用性能

    摘要:以橡胶粉、钢纤维和早强剂为因素,设计了2个正交试验组,将普通早强混凝土作为对照组。通过正交试验得出较优组后,对比较优组和普通早强混凝土的抗压强度、抗折强度、抗裂性、耐磨性等4项主要路用性能。结果表明:当钢纤维体积掺量在0.25%~0.75%、橡胶粉掺量在5%~9%时,其最佳掺量分别为0.5%和5%;当钢纤维体积掺量在0.75%~1.25%、橡胶粉掺量在1%~5%时,最佳掺量分别为1.25%和3%;综合考虑路用早强混凝土的承载能力、正常使用性能、工程经济效益和实用性,建议钢纤维优选体积掺量为1.00%~1.25%,早强剂和橡胶粉的优选质量掺量分别为12%~15%、3.0%~3.5%。

Pavement performance of steel fiber reinforced rubber powder early strength concrete

    Abstract:Rubber powder,steel fiber and early strength agent were chosen as the three test factors to set the two orthogonal experiment groups and the ordinary early strength concrete was the control group. Based on the optimum contents from the orthogonal experiment,the compressive strength,flexural strength,crack resistance and abrasion resistance of the optimum groups' were compared with that of the ordinary early strength concrete. The results indicate that,when the volume fraction of steel fiber is between 0.25% and 0.75% and the content of rubber powder is between 5% and 9%,the optimum contents are 0.5% and 5% respectively;when the volume fraction of steel fiber is between 0.75% and 1.25% and the content of rubber powder is between 1% and 5%,the optimum contents are 1.25% and 3% respectively;taking into comprehensive consideration of bearing capacity,serviceability,economic benefit and practicability,the suggessted volume fraction of steel fiber is 1.00%~1.25%,the best contents of early strength agent and rubber powder are 12%~15% and 3.0%~3.5% respectively.
