某烂尾楼续建前工程质量缺陷分析及施工处理

    摘要：某大型商用框架-剪力墙高层建筑停工7年后进行续建，现有结构存在若干工程质量缺陷，需进行加固处理，以满足续建的要求。通过对该烂尾建筑的工程质量缺陷进行分析，探讨了此类工程的碳纤维加固施工、植筋施工及灌浆料施工等处理措施，可供工程质量检测鉴定及加固施工人员参考。

Analysis and construction treatment of quality defects of uncompleted building before reconstruction

    Abstract：The construction of a large commercial frame-shear wall high-rise building has been interrupted for seven years. Some engineering quality defects need to be treated in order to meet the requirements of reconstruction. Some common defects of uncompleted buildings are analyzed and treatment measures such as carbon fibre reinforcement construction，bar planting and grouting are discussed for reference of engineering quality inspection and identification personnel and reinforcement construction personnel.
