缓释保坍型聚羧酸减水剂在混凝土中的应用研究

    摘要:为减小混凝土的坍落度损失,保证混凝土的工作性能,研究了缓释保坍型聚羧酸减水剂在混凝土中的应用。结果表明,无论在水泥浆体,还是在混凝土中,缓释保坍型聚羧酸减水剂通过缓释原理,缓慢对水泥进行分散,推迟水泥的水化反应,达到了缓释保坍的效果。温度对缓释保坍型聚羧酸减水剂的应用有一定的影响,当胶凝材料处于较低的温度时使用缓释型聚羧酸减水剂容易出现流动性变大的现象,对于配制大流动度的混凝土要严格控制外加剂的用量,否则混凝土易出现泌水、离析现象。

Research on the application of sustained-release and slump loss resistance type
polycarboxylic superplasticizer in concrete

    Abstract:In order to reduce slump loss and ensure the workability of concrete,the application of sustained-release and slump loss resistance type polycarboxylate superplasticizer in concrete have been studied. Whether in the cement paste,or in concrete,based on the principle of sustained-release,polycarboxylic superplasticizer in cement slowly be dispersed,thereby delayed the hydration reaction of cement,so achieve the effect of retarding slump loss. Temperature has somewhat influence on the application of polycarboxylic superplasticizer in concrete,while using sustained-release polycarboxylic superplasticizer at low temperature,the flowability of cement paste or concrete easy to be strengthened,and on production of high fluidity concrete the dosage of admixture should be controlled strictly,otherwise will cause bleeding or segregation of concrete.
