“增粘剂”对纤维素醚在砂浆中应用性能的影响

    摘要:纤维素醚,特别是羟丙基甲基纤维素醚(HPMC)是商品砂浆中的重要组分。对于纤维素醚,其粘度是砂浆生产企业关注的重要指标,高粘度几乎成了砂浆行业的基本需求。对于国产纤维素醚生产企业,由于其技术、工艺和设备的影响,纤维素醚产品的高粘度很难长期保证。于是使用“增粘剂”便成为许多纤维素醚生产企业的制造高粘度产品的主要技术路线。生产工艺中添加有增粘剂的纤维素醚产品相对正常工艺下的产品对水泥基材料的性能包括保水、增稠、引气和缓凝性能有不同影响,这些影响可以通过力学性能测试分辩出来。对比试验结果表明,2类纤维素醚用于水泥基瓷砖胶产品中,经不同条件养护后,对拉伸胶粘强度产生了不同的影响。

Discussion on effect of thickener to the application performance of cellulose ether in mortar

   Abstract:Cellulose ethers particularly HPMC fulfil important tasks in dry mixed mortars. Viscosity of cellulose ether is the most important figure for dry mortar producer when they select cellulose ether and high viscosity is the basic requirement. Due to the limit of technology,procedure and equipment,it's difficult for local MC producer to keep their products in stable level on high viscosity for long period. "Thickener" has become a secret weapon for many cellulose ethers manufacturing enterprises. The cellulose ether with thickener inside have effect on the performance of mortar products,including water retention, thickening,air entraining and retardation on fresh cement-based materials. These effects can be distinguished by testing the mechanical properties. The results of comparative tests show that the use of two kinds of cellulose ethers in cement-based tile adhesive products has different effects on tensile adhesive strength after curing under different conditions.
