环氧砂浆填料配方优化研究

    摘要:固定环氧树脂和固化剂的用量,在一定范围内,通过改变填料的配比及用量,制备了一种性能稳定可靠的环氧砂浆。研究表明:环氧砂浆的力学性能随着填料用量的增加而逐渐提高。在此基础上,保持填料中水泥用量一定,逐渐增加砂的用量,其强度先提高后降低,当填料中水泥与砂的质量比为1∶1时,力学性能达到最佳。SEM分析表明,随着填料的加入,环氧砂浆断面粗糙度增加,密实度增大,并且当砂与水泥的质量比为1∶1时,环氧砂浆试块断面粗糙度增大,呈现波浪状,环氧树脂与填料结合得更为紧密。

Epoxy mortar filler recipe optimization research

   Abstract:In this article,a type of epoxy mortar with stable and reliable properties was prepared by changing the proportion and amount of filler within certain range at the fixed amount of epoxy resin and curing agent. The result shows that:with the increase of the total amount of the filler,the mechanical properties generally show an increasing trend. On the basis of this, maintain the amount of cement constant,the strength first increases then decreases with the increase of sand amount. Epoxy mortar can achieve the best property,when Portland cement and sand at mass ratio of 1∶1. SEM confirmed that with the addition of filler,the density of mortar improves. When the river sand and Portland cement mass ratio is 1∶1,epoxy resin and filler are more closely combined,cross-section showed wavy,with the test piece section roughness increased.
