耐久性环氧建筑结构胶的制备与性能研究

   摘要:环氧结构胶中加入大量改性组分后,固化产物的均匀性和致密性可能遭受破坏,导致其耐久性降低。优选原材料、配合比及制备工艺等,研究了固化剂、填料、偶联剂、触变剂及碳纤维用量对环氧结构胶耐湿热老化性及耐长期应力作用性能的影响。结果表明:采用最优配合比制备的环氧结构胶的抗压强度为85 MPa,湿热老化90 d后,拉伸抗剪试样的强度降低率为8.3%,承受4.0 MPa应力持续作用210 d后,拉伸抗剪试样蠕变变形值为0.28 mm,耐久性能良好。

Preparation and property research of the high durability epoxy building structural adhesive

   Abstract:The homogeneity and compactness of the cured epoxy adhesive were destroyed when large amount of modified components added. So the durability of the epoxy structural adhesive decreased largely. Materials,mix ratio and preparation method were optimized to prepare high durability epoxy structural adhesive. Effect of the dosage of curing agent,silica powder,coupling agent,fumed silica,and carbon fiber on the ability of resistance to moisture and heat aging and the ability to withstand long-term stress of the epoxy adhesive was discussed. Results showed that the compressive strength of the prepared adhesive is 85 MPa,the tensile shear strength reduction rate is 8.3% after aged 90 d,the creep deformation value of the tensile shear sample is 0.28 mm after withstanding 4.0 MPa stress 210 d. The prepared epoxy structural adhesive meets the high durability design requirement.
