PPA复合改性沥青混合料抗紫外光与热老化性能研

    摘要:为了提高SBS、SBR聚合物改性沥青混合料的抗热老化和紫外光老化性能,按照室内与高寒高海拔区热、紫外光辐射总量相等的原则进行室内多聚磷酸改性沥青及其混合料模拟老化试验,研究了多聚磷酸(PPA)及多聚磷酸与低剂量聚合物改性沥青抗热老化和紫外光老化性能。结果表明,PPA复合改性沥青的5 ℃延度随热老化和紫外光老化时间延长而减小,热老化5 h后延度趋于稳定,紫外光老化12 h后延度趋于稳定;抗车辙因子和软化点随紫外光老化时间延长而增大。随着紫外光老化时间延长,改性沥青混合料的高温性能先提高后降低,低温抗裂、疲劳性能呈下降趋势,PPA对基质沥青和低剂量SBS、SBR改性沥青混合料的抗紫外光老化作用改善效果显著,PPA可作为高紫外光辐射区沥青路面抗老化剂使用。

Study on anti-UV and thermal aging properties of PPA composited modified asphalt mixture

    Abstract:In order to improve the thermal aging resistance and UV aging properties of SBS and SBR polymer modified asphalt mixture,polyphosphoric acid-modified asphalt and its mixture were mixed according to the principle of equal heat and ultraviolet radiation in indoor and alpine high altitude area. Aging simulation test was conducted to study the thermal aging resistance and UV aging properties of polyphosphoric acid(PPA),polyphosphoric acid and low dose polymer modified asphalt. The results show that the 5 ℃ ductility of PPA composite modified asphalt decreases with the increase of heat aging and UV aging time,and the rutting factor and softening point increase with UV aging time. The ductility of PPA composite modified asphalt In stability,after 12 h UV aging ductility tends to be stable. With the aging of UV light,the high temperature properties of modified asphalt mixture firstly increased and then decreased,and the cracking resistance and fatigue properties at low temperature showed a decreasing trend. PPA had a significant effect on the anti-ultraviolet aging of matrix asphalt and low dose SBS and SBR modified asphalt mixture. PPA can be used as anti-aging agent for asphalt pavement in high ultraviolet radiation area.
