复掺高倍吸水树脂与MgO膨胀剂对砂浆性能的影响

    摘要:研究复掺高倍吸水树脂(SAP)与MgO膨胀剂对砂浆各项性能的影响,结果表明:二者复掺可降低砂浆的自收缩与干燥收缩变形,改善砂浆的抗冻性;但复掺会增加砂浆的粘聚性,降低其流动性。当SAP预吸水掺入,引入水量是水泥质量的5%,MgO膨胀剂外掺掺量为8%时,复掺可有效降低砂浆的自收缩变形,提高砂浆的抗冻性能,对砂浆的强度无明显影响。

Effect of addition of SAP and magnesia expansive agent on properties of mortar

    Abstract:This paper studies the effect of SAP curing agent and magnesia expansive agent on properties of mortar. The results show that:the admixture can reduce the autogenous and dry shrinkage,improve the frost resistance of mortar. At the same time mixing will increase the cohesiveness of mortar and reduce the fluidity. Adding SAP by pre-absorption method,when the water quality account 5% of cement,magnesia expansive agent account 8% of cement,the good mixing effect appears. This means can reduce the autogenous shrinkage of mortar and improve the frost resistance of cement mortar effectively. Furthermore it has no side-effect on the compressive strength of mortar.
