玻璃纤维珠链增强水泥砂浆力学性能研究

    摘要:采用玻璃纤维珠链增强水泥砂浆,旨在解决玻璃纤维增强水泥砂浆界面粘结性差、纤维两端应力集中及因此产生的两相滑移等问题。以在长玻璃纤维上滴加环氧树脂制成珠链的方式增强水泥砂浆,使得玻璃纤维珠链与砂浆之间产生嵌固效应,形成结构约束。微观测试表明,短切玻璃纤维与砂浆之间粘结性极差;通过对比短切玻璃纤维掺加方式与玻璃纤维珠链掺加方式制备的砂浆性能,结果证明,采用玻璃纤维珠链增强水泥砂浆的方式,规避了两相界面粘结性差的弊病,解决了短切玻璃纤维大量掺入砂浆后造成的工作性能差,力学性能提升不明显,甚至降低等问题,具有良好的力学性能。

Study on mechanical properties of glass fiber bead chain reinforced cement matrix composites

    Abstract:Glass fiber bead chain addition way is adopted in order to solve the problem of poor interfacial adhesion of fiber reinforced mortar,stress concentration at both ends of fiber and the resulting two-phase slip. Glass fiber depends on the method of making bead chains by adding epoxy resin onto long fibers to reinforce mortar. It makes the embedded effect between the fiber bead and the concrete to form structural constraint. Microcosmic test showed that the caking property between the two phases was very poor. The properties of chopped glass fiber reinforced mortar and glass fiber bead chain reinforced mortar are compared,result show that glass fiber bead chain addition way avoids the disadvantages of poor interfacial bonding between the two phases,it solves the problem that work performance is poor and mechanical performance improvement is not obvious or even lower after the addition of large amount of chopped glass fiber. It has good mechanical properties.
